Local Property Company Build on their Expanding Portfolio INTIMATE BUNGALOW DEVELOPMENT COMMENCES IN BLYTH

ive years after launching a property development company specialising exclusively in building outstanding new bungalows, Morpeth-based husband and wife team Alan and Victoria Fleming are about to expand their portfolio of bespoke bungalows in Blyth.

Alan and Victoria’s business, Altoria Development, saw their first development form at Furrow Grove in Stannington which took the market by storm. The quality and high specification ensured that all fourteen bungalows sold off-plan. Some would say quite an achievement for first-time developers!

They are looking to match that success once more with their latest development named Oakfield Grove, marketed as an intimate development of four detached bungalows nestled into a cosy cul-de-sac off Inglewood Close in Chase Farm.

Alan said “We are very much looking forward to bringing our product to Blyth. There is a clear demand for bungalows throughout Northumberland and we pride ourselves in the high-quality finish each home offers.
