emos vuelto a la vida, con ayuda del sol y con la de las terrazas que de Mallorca en un alarde de elegancia y buen rollo que hacía mucho tiempo que no veíamos.

El disparo de salida se produjo con el almuerzo previo al torneo de bridge que cada año organiza Paloma Cifuentes en Sa Cimientera de Esporles, un lugar único, precioso y elegante perfecto para recibir a los más distinguidos y de más alcurnia de la sociedad palmesana e isleña. Marilén Martín Soledad estaba fabulosa con una echarpe de Piluca Osaba compitiendo con el de mi queridísima Bola Puigserver, gran golfista y amante del bridge. La felicidad siguió con la inauguración del Restaurante Emilio, de Emilio Castrejón, que no quiso perderse el barón Philippe von Schorlemer, magnifico fotógrafo y miembro de una destacada familia de la nobleza alemana vecina de los Metternich, la familia en la que nació la condesa Isabella von Dünhoff, venida a Mallorca para disfrutar y hacernos disfrutar con su compañía.

También ha venido su hermana, la condesa Clementina von Stauffenberg, la madre de Dominik.

Palma abre sus galerías de arte para celebrar el indispensable Art Palma Brunche. Este año el triunfador fue Amador Magraner en la Maior. Lo celebré con Juan Antonio Horrach Moya y Susy Gómez en su hotel Jaime III. Penélope Picornell invitó a sus amigos músicos clásicos para que ofrecieran un concierto en su Cappuccino de Palma Nova. La hermana de Juan Picornell se marcó un tango que dejó a todos con la boca abierta. De ahí al cumpleaños de Carmen Mariano, en el Real Club Náutico de Palma, para presentar las novedades que habrá este año durante La Copa del Rey de Vela, Javier Sanz, ilusionado con devolver el brillo a este acontecimiento deportivo. Antonia Cantallops organizó el cumpleaños de José María Janer coincidiendo con el de su marido. Maravillosas. Sofisticado lo fue en la presentación del nuevo espectáculo de Son Amar en el que Margareth Withaker dio una lección de cosmopolitismo utilizando un español perfecto en su discurso, hace un año no sabía ni una palabra. ¡Hasta vino Karen Berg! En Portals los gemelos Turzi, Alex y Fredy dieron una de las fiesta más divertidas del año para mostrar su nueva tienda In Sight, un espacio divertido y chic entorno a uno mojitos y champany del bueno mientras sonaba la música de Pepe Link.

Casi a la misma hora se abría la nueva tienda de Escada, con concentración también de caras muy guapas, modelo.

La discoteca Tito’s ha vuelto a la vida y Fernando Fabré ha mostrado su obra en Can Cera de Cecilia Conde, rodeado de la gente más fina de Mallorca. Me encantó encontrarme con la Marquesa de Argensola, a la que conté mi debut cinematográfico de la mano de Margarita Martorell y con dos actrices de lujo, Sonia Castelo y Duna Santos. •

Seine Arbeit hat gerade erst begonnen. •
