FUNCTION INFORMATION
Bar Vino is a new take on a classic Italian wine bar, inspired by the Italian village way of life. Fun and welcoming, the venue seats 60 and incorporates a heritage dining room, bar area and lively streetside terrace and alfresco.
An extensive wine list featuring more than 180 wines has been meticulously curated and sits alongside a simple yet refined menu of seasonal Italian classics, made with the highest quality locally sourced produce. Designed to take you on a journey, the list features wines from our favourite regions and producers all over Italy, France, and Australia, and includes an extensive collection of reserve wines, many of which are not commonly seen on a wine list in Perth.

DINING ROOM
Seats 30 - 40 Guests
The perfect spot for an intimate indoor event, with various sized tables which can be pushed together for larger groups, or pushed aside for dancing into the night.
ALFRESCO
Seats 15 - 20 Guests
Our sunny alfresco is perfect for casual group gatherings and includes outdoor heating for the colder months.
WHOLE VENUE
Seats 50 - 60 Guests
For large gatherings and functions, borrow Bar Vino for the night. With space in our dining room, alfresco and casual seating around the bar, there will be plenty of spaces for your guests to move about and enjoy.
MENU
Our chef’s tailor menu’s specifically for each group. A typical set menu includes a selection of Bar Vino’s best antipasti, designed to be shared, followed by your guests choice from the menu for main course & dessert.
Our sommelier can recommend a selection of beverages to create your own menu, or if you prefer the whole list can be offered.
Our venue team will work with you to curate the perfect menu.
FUNCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All bookings remain tentative until such time as a deposit is received. Tentative bookings will be held for 7 days. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and confirms your acceptance of the Function Terms & Conditions.
If the deposit is not received within one week of making the tentative booking, Bar Vino reserves the right to re-allocate the space to another function. We will make attempts to contact you should we receive any enquires for the same date
MINIMUM SPEND AND PAYMENT
Minimum spend requirements will be quoted for each function, based on seasonality, day and time of your event. The minimum spend is based on food and beverage only.
Full pre-payment for your food is required a minimum of 10 days prior to the reservation. The agreed minimum spend is required to be paid in full on completion of your event (we do not invoice after the event has concluded).
FINAL NUMBERS & MENU
To assist us in the smooth running of your event, confirmed numbers, menu, beverage selections and dietary requirements/allergies are required no later than 10 days prior to your event. If selections are not advised by this time, availability of your selection cannot be guaranteed. Any reduction in numbers less than 10 days prior to the event date may be subject to the full amount per person being charged.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations within 11-30 from the event will result in loss of the deposit. Cancellations made 10 or less days prior to the event will result in loss of your full payment.
In the case that Bar Vino is unable to trade due to government enforced restrictions of any kind, and therefore forced to close or cancel reservations, a full credit will be held for you to use at an alternative date.
DECORATIONS & CAKEAGE
Cakeage is charged at $50 which includes cutting and plating for each guest. Please discuss any requests for decorations with your event manager. Nothing is to be attached to any walls, doors, or surfaces.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Customers are to be responsible and assist with ensuring the orderly behaviour of their guests during an event. Responsible Service of Alcohol and related laws will be enforced during the function and we reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to persons we feel are approaching intoxication.
