Pallets stacked vertically on the floor like the wheat bags. Though the height of the pallet ladder always varies due to certain conditions or situations. These are the stacking racks constructed from decks and posts. These are advantageous for stacking pallets to the increased heights without the risk of falling. Stacking frames come in handy for the temporary storing of stocks and it’s removal whenever needed. A demerit in this method is that it is vulnerable to honeycombing (empty spaces in the warehouse which leads to less efficient use of full warehouse) ● Single Deep Pallet Racking system can be found in the marts and is used in the warehouses for the availability of desired stock at any time.
