Goods may be returned for credit only following written approval by Abacus -please refer to the Returns Policy on our website for further details.

Abacus products are manufactured to exacting standards and following the care and cleaning guidelines below will ensure that your bathroom will give you years of effective use.

Special-order or bespoke items are non-returnable.

Taps & Brassware

Abacus reserve the right to refuse credit on goods returned damaged or in a condition unfit for resale.

Taps and brassware products should be cleaned with a diluted mild detergent such as washing up liquid applied with a soft sponge or cloth, and then buffed dry with a microfibre cloth.

Avoid using acids, rough sponges or steel wool and do not leave detergent on the products for long periods of time.

Order cancellation will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Also there may be an applicable charge for the reboxing of a returned product.

Towel Warmers Both mild steel and stainless steel towel warmers should be cleaned only when cold with a moist soft or microfibre cloth. Any surface oxidation on the products should be removed using a metal polishing cream such as ‘PEEK’. We also recommend that towel warmers are polished with a PEEK type product on an annual basis to give long-lasting surface protection.

Glass Our glass wetroom screens are protected by an easyclean nano-technology coating to make cleaning easier. We recommend that glass screens are cleaned with a diluted detergent and dried with a microfibre cloth. We recommend regular wiping of glass screens in order to remove excess water, which in some areas can be quite aggressive.
