Allapplicationsmustbesubmittedontheofficialexhibitorapplicationformandincludeafiftyworddescriptionoftheproducts or services to be exhibited.

Allproductstobeexhibitedmustbedirectlyrelatedtothepracticeofsurgeryormedicine,education,andanyrelatedtopics.

All are subject to approval by AAST.

ExhibitorsmustcomplywithFDAregulationsconcerningtheexhibitionofinvestigationalproductsandClassIIIdevices.

Exhibitoridentificationonallsigns,graphicsandliteraturemustbethesamecompanyname(s)assubmittedontheofficial exhibitor application form.

Exhibitorsmaynotassignorapportiontoothersthewholeoranypartofthespaceallocated,andmaynotdisplaygoodsor services other than those manufactured or regularly distributed by the applicant(s).

Exhibitors must setup, occupy, and staff their exhibit booths during all hours the exhibits are open.

Interviews,demonstrations,andthedistributionofliteraturemustbemadewithinthecompany’sassignedexhibitarea.Canvassing or distribution of advertising materials beyond the perimeters of the assigned exhibit area is prohibited.
