EJEMPLO DE QUE ES UN MEMORANDUM

The Most common written communication un an office is the memorándum: It is les formal that a letter and is usually called “inter-office memorándum “because it doesn’t leave the office.

The message in a memorándum is as in any letter, but the inside address differense since we don’t mention any outsider adderssee it says:

From:

Subject

To: we indicate here the receiver of the massage, it is the addresse. Most of the time it refers to agroup of persons.

From: we write here the sender of the memorándum. The sender may our may not sign the massage since all the Employees or persons receiving the memorándum know him.

Subject: Here we must stat in a brief and clear frin the topic the massage is about. It should be short, two or three lines, and underlined.

After stating these three parts we write the message. The date can be placeding the usual position or below the “subjet”.
