Lea Wharf apartments are back on the market

The 98 apartments at Lea Wharf, the new development replacing Bircherley Green shopping centre in Hertford, are back on the market and already selling fast after a change in direction by developer Chase New Homes. A mix of one and two-bedroomed apartments, they come with a residents’ concierge service and rooftop terrace, stunning views across Hartham Common from the upper floors and high-end specification throughout, with designer fitted kitchens with German appliances, contemporary flooring and fully fitted bathrooms. Lea Wharf is on the banks of the River Lea and will offer modern Inland Homes has handed over 46 apartments at Cheshunt Lakeside to Broxbourne-based housing association B3 Living, providing local residents with high quality affordable homes. The remaining 149 apartments are due for completion in January and will include 83 shared ownership and 66 rental properties.
