Dear AAPI Chamber Family,
As we close out the year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and partnership. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones that reflect our shared commitment to empowering our AAPI business community.
This year, we ended the year with over 300 members to the AAPI Chamber of Commerce family. Through our collective efforts, we sourced $780,000 in funding for small businesses and supported 27 aspiring entrepreneurs in turning their dreams into reality. These accomplishments speak volumes about the strength of our network and the impact we can make when we work together.
As we look ahead, I’m thrilled to invite you to our Lunar New Year Festival on February 1, 2025. This flagship event will bring our community together to celebrate the Year of the Snake with a vibrant parade, cultural performances, and a showcase of unity and diversity and the amazing small businesses that represents the dynamic Las Vegas Chinatown. Your participation and support will be key to making it a resounding success and solidifying Las Vegas as a premier destination for Lunar New Year celebrations.
Thank you once again for being part of this journey. Here’s to continued growth, collaboration, and success in 2025. Wishing you all a happy, fruitful, and healthy new year!
Warm regards,
Catherine Francisco President, AAPI Chamber

We hosted incredibly successful Lunar New Year events at UnCommons and Chinatown Plaza, attracting over 15,000 attendees. The celebrations featured a spectacular drone show and showcased more than 70 vendors, creating vibrant and memorable experiences for the community.

We had the privilege of celebrating AANHPI Heritage Month in Washington, D.C., where we met with federal and state-level stakeholders and elected officials to adcovate for the AANHPI business community of Southern Nevada. Additionally, we were honored to join the President at the White House to celebrate our very own WNBA champions, the Las Vegas Aces, showcasing the strength and pride of our community.
Thank you to ACDC’s EducAsian for inviting us for this educational and powerful trip and for Mr. Evan Louie for the invitation to celebrate with the Las Vegas Aces.

Thank you, F1 for supporting local small businesses and organizations!
We believe in being boots on the ground because that’s the only way we know how to truly represent our community. We can only address what we understand, which is why it’s essential for the AANHPI community to share their experiences with us. To bridge that gap, we hit the road with stakeholders and elected officials, hosting roundtable discussions and onsite visits with small businesses to listen, learn, and collaborate on solutions that matter most to them.
Thank you to Senator Catherine Cortez Masto, Senator Jacky Rosen, Congresswoman Susie Lee, Congressman Steven Horsford, Senator Dallas Harris, Assemblyman Duy Nguyen, Assemblywoman Erica Mosca, County Commissioner Justin Jones, County Commissioner Michael Naft, US Acting Secretary of Labor, Julie Su, US Trade Representative, Ambassador, Katherine Tai, SBA Deputy Administrator, Dilawar Syed, and White House Initiative on AANHPI Executive Director, Helen Beaudreau.
The AAPI Chamber Foundation received a grant from Super Bowl Host Committee this year to host free tech workshops for youth to learn about AI, coding, entrepreneurship, and using digital tools to come up with a business plan. In partnership with City of Las Vegas Department of Youth Development and Social Initiatives and Code E Locs, the Foundation hosted three cohorts, 20-25 students in each cohort, for youth age 8-18 at the Cox Innovation Lab in Historic Westside School.
In partnership with Riot Games and Hyper X, the Foundation hosted a prescreening event for students to watch the newest season of Arcane and meet with the production team.
