I I was fortunate enough to get more involved with the AAGO last year as I celebrated winning anam thankful for AAGO as they gave me the tools and support to do just that.Experience Maker award in Leadership. This award was an excellent confidence booster as it encouraged and peaked my interest in my CAM designation. Intrigued and eager as an Assistant Community Manager, I enrolled for the Certified Apartment Manager credential. To truly heighten my knowledge, I wanted to fully understand all sides and aspects of my next role.
