The COVID-19 Rental Housing Support Initiative Releases Resources to Aid Industry

B y R i c k G r a f , C u s h m a n & W a k e f i e l d 2 0 2 1 N a t i o n a l A p a r t m e n t A s s o c i a t i o n C h a i r m a n o f t h e B o a r d The COVID-19 Rental Housing Support Initiative, sponsored by Yardi, involves four organizations—Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM); National Apartment Association (NAA); National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM); and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC)—that came together to build a series of solutions in key support areas to help the industry survive and thrive through the pandemic and beyond.

The Initiative is releasing a variety of resources under each area of support: Mental Health, Liability, Education and Apartment Facts.
