PRINT | KEY MAGAZINE The Key Magazine is the official publication of the association. It is released once per quarter in both a print and digital format. The Key offers a variety of far-reaching sponsorship opportunities, as it is circulated to all of AAGO membership, the offices of the Florida Apartment Association (FAA), as well as, other state and local apartment associations.

PREMIER PARTNER

Our premier partner sponsorship is an extremely exclusive and diverse sponsorship package. This opportunity is of limited supply, with 16 spots, all of which are filled aside from 3 remaining spots. For the past 3 years, slots have been filled by members on our Premier Partner waitlist.

What's Premier Partnership?

Premier Partnership is a 1 year, contract sponsorship that offers individuals and/or companies a handful of first-rate advertising/marketing opportunities over an entire year.

Sponsorship Availability Premier Partnership Spots Existing: 13 Premier Partnership Spots Available: 3 Current premier partners have the opportunity to renew their sponsorship each year, a majority of which, choose to do so. The decision to renew must be done within 45 days of the expiration of their sponsorship contract. WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN SPONSORING AN AAGO EVENT Once you have identified your target audience, sponsor an event that places you in front of them.

So, what can sponsors expect from event sponsorship? To name a few....

ENGAGEMENT When sponsoring an event, you want to ensure you will have the opportunity to engage your target audience and that the event you have agreed to sponsor does in fact attract a crowd. In 2021, AAGO was able to offer over 90 programs. This number included education opportunities, virtual and hybrid events, as well as town halls. Even with a lean programming year, these yielded over 3,000 participants.

AAGO hosts a handful of "signature" events each attracting various segments of AAGO membership. In 2021, we hosted the signature events listed below, it was certainly not our typical year, but despite the obstacles we faced, AAGO still managed to have a successful year. Each rendering the number in green, seen next to them.

Trade Show Sponsorship Opportunities Aisle Sign Hanging Banner - $1,900 (3 Opportunities) This sponsorship includes: One double-sided arrow hanging banner is placed directly above your companies exhibit booth with your company logo for attendees to spot your booth from anywhere in the show hall.

Presenting Sponsor - $1,000 (6 Opportunities) This sponsorship includes: Logo prominently displayed on the Trade Show Dashboard which is where attendees preview exhibitors, peruse the map virtually, etc.

Recognized in the sponsor section and the exhibitor tab of the dashboard on their individual profile.

Recognized on the attendee printed map and on signage throughout the Trade Show Hall.

Verbal recognition during the show and in conjunction with prize giveaways. Only Trade Show Sponsors will be allowed to announce prize winners via loudspeaker the night of the show (subject to certain guidelines.)

Floor Decal - $375 (3 Opportunities) This sponsorship includes: One carpet floor decal Opportunity to select the placement of floor decal on the trade show floor, after purchase, and in order of purchase.

Cup Sponsor - $295 (12 Opportunities) This sponsorship includes: Your company name and phone number will be included on each of the Trade Show Beverage Cups that are used for beverages.

These cups are keepsakes for our attendees, and any remaining cups are used for classes and events at the AAGO HQ.
