The AAF Toledo’s Mosaic Awards recognize companies, agencies and individuals whose commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through their creative work and organization-wide initiatives. The recipients chosen have embraced creative techniques, business practices, and diversity programs that not only help improve the bottom line, but also secure a relevant role in a continuously evolving advertising environment.
Multicultural Talent in Advertising: Content Creation
Taking a strong and purposeful effort to use multiethnic talent in the development and execution of campaigns and using diverse behindthe-scenes talent to promote and market services, goods, products and causes.
Will Lucas
Will Lucas is an entrepreneur and content creator. He is founder and CEO at Creadio, a marketing and production agency, and serves as brand manager for both AfroTech and Black Tech Green Money, where he leads brand strategy.
Mosaic Champion
Awarded for continuously supporting diversity and inclusion within the industry. Addressing diversity issues through mentorship, leadership, programming, and cutting edge strategies among other acts.

Yusuf Lateef
Yusuf Lateef utilizes visual art principles as vehicles for realizing the potential for growth in our everyday lives. As an artist, Lateef looks at common experiences as something transformative while working to imagine the physicality of an “undefended space/ life” through community engagement as art practice.
Most Promising Multicultural Student
Continuously supporting diversity and inclusion programs, using diverse talent, addressing issues, and giving a voice to groups that have been stereotyped or excluded by the media inside and outside of their college/university landscape.

Angel Dennis
At a young age, Angel Dennis knew she wanted to promote change while using her artistic abilities. With the advice of her dad, she started connecting with people from other cultures and creating art. In college, Angel decided to join a multicultural sorority and declared her major in advertising. She currently works as a marketing assistant and a media intern for Joyful classrooms in California.
