Why Jury Research Still Matters: Using Modern Jury Research Technology

The PULSE platform empowers clients to understand the venue, the venire and the value of cases in a way no other form of social science research has been able to before. This presentation will share the results of an actual survey conducted in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area in the days leading up to this conference. This audience will be the first to hear these timely results and how the data from this PULSE survey and PULSE surveys like it can be applied to preparing and trying cases more effectively. Big Data - Big Advantage!

Stuart Simon is a principal founding partner at American Jury Centers. He has assisted attorneys and corporations in the development of trial strategies and tactics from a social science perspective for more than 25 years Mr. Simon speaks nationally and is the author of Witness Communication Training: Helping Witnesses Learn to Deliver and Defend the Truth Under Adverse Examination.
