In 2020, the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession completed a first-of-its-kind research s. t u d y o n m e n ’ s e n g a g e m e n t i n g e n d e r i s s u e s i n the legal profession. The study resulted in recommendations and best practices to help us expand the voices in the room and ensure we are all working together to address inequities in the profession. During this session, two of the cochairs of the Men in the Mix study will present the research and its encouraging results showing simple changes can make a big impact.
