With nearly 20 years of experience in bridging communities and creating opportunities for diverse and minority businesses, I am a passionate and effective leader in supplier diversity and government relations I recently completed a Master of Public Administration degree at the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania I am expanding my public policy, administration, and management knowledge and skills.
As the Manager of Supplier Diversity at TD Bank, I support the development and implementation of TD's Responsible Sourcing and Supplier Diversity strategy and program in alignment with the enterprise-wide ESG Strategy and TD Ready Commitment I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote the inclusion and empowerment of diverse suppliers and vendors across the bank's operations and activities. As the Principal CEO of my own consulting firm, I advise clients on various needs related to local government, such as preparing documents, advocating for marginalized communities, hosting events, and analyzing legislation. I have been recognized by the City of Philadelphia for innovating a constituent services initiative, drawing upon my extensive network of elected officials, government, civic leaders, and business executives I also have served on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations in Philadelphia, contributing to their missions and goals.











All Black Everything
Conceived in 2021, All Black Everything Pop Up was established to support BlackOwned businesses who’d been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and only saw sales online and through social media. The pop-up shops introduced customers of all nationalities to Black-owned businesses, diversifying their customer base, and increasing much-needed profit.
Curated by Philadelphia-based stylist Meeka Johnson, the ABE fashion movement has developed a following across social media and local communities. In the last year, more than 100 entrepreneurs, business owners and creatives have joined ABE's weekly Instagram live session to promote their brands. ABE has also been invited to “pop up” at HBCUs including Florida A&M University and several community events in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Brooklyn.
