Editorial submissions are gratefully received. Priority will be given to relevant newsworthy items and all items must be received by the editorial deadline to be considered for inclusion.

The editor reserves the right to review and edit all material submitted in order to maintain editorial standards, to conform to the legal requirements of publishing, and in order to allocate appropriate space. No guarantee of publishing is given to any submission.

Editorial may also be obtained independently, (without prior consent), from a credible source if the story is seen to be newsworthy.

If advertising material is not received by the material deadline date for each issue, your material will not be accepted and the page will be forfeited. A 70% fee of advertisement booking rate will be charged, and will be due under the normal payment terms.

Whilst all care will be taken to avoid any conflict in the placement of advertisements or editorial promoting similar product ranges, the AAAA magazine cannot guarantee that conflicts will not occur on some occasions.

How to submit your article. It’s easy!

1. Headline: should be catchy and attention-grabbing.

2. Introduction: should prompt the reader to read the article.

3. Body copy: should explain all the main points about your new product and be no longer than 400 words.

All copy is to be submitted in a Word (.doc) format.

No PDF files will be accepted.

4. Contact details: should include a “call to action” urging the readers to visit your website and/or call your number.

5. Image: should be clear, eye-catching and high resolution. Images need to be supplied in a JPG or TIF format and be no larger than 3.5mb.

6. Let us know who you are: all submissions need to clearly identify the author or company, article subject and the magazine issue into which the submission is intended for.
