The team has shown adaptability, swiftly handling the complexities of stop work orders and new executive orders from the federal government while also keeping invoices and reporting on track Your ability to reprioritize, stay focused, and manage the increased workload has been impressive

From automating the attachment process from KR to Award, which has drastically reduced manual effort, to achieving 95% compliance for Effort Reporting for FY21-23, closing an average of 50 projects per week is an incredible achievement, given the various competing priorities

From automating credit to expense entries in PPM from Sales Invoices to successfully implementing ARCS for account reconciliation, your contributions are making a significant impact Not only have you introduced powerful changes like lockbox integration for ACH, wire, and check payments, but your efforts in streamlining the employee onboarding process and rolling out CIPERB training in UC Learning have enhanced efficiency and ensured smoother operations across the board

We would also like to extend a special shoutout to the Cash Management team for their outstanding work in responding to recent federal funding changes. They quickly adapted to new requirements and ensured timely, accurate emergency drawdowns for the campus, even under tight deadlines Their flexibility and dedication are truly commendable
