Recently we received an amazing testimonial from one of our new patients. I’d like to share a portion of it with you: “ ank you so much, your practice has been an answer to my prayers after months of acute pain and years of adaptation after my injuries. We love it when our patients share their success stories with us as it allows us to share it with others. I emphasize the importance of celebrating even the little victories as they happen along the way. We collect these success stories and testimonials and put them up on our wall in our practice to share with others. I tell them that if they are feeling this way, often times there are others in our community that are experiencing the same thing.
It is so important to share our experiences with others. Recently, our society seems to be quick to mention the bad interactions they have with businesses. I encourage all of you to look for those businesses where you have exceptional results or customer service and take the time to share that on their business surveys, Google reviews, or even write them a little note to thank them for their kindness. ese little acts of appreciation go a long way and you never know you could be making someone’s day especially if they were having a hard day but took time to give you above average customer service.
