THE BRION CEMETERY LIBRARY WAS DESIGNED AS A COUNTER POINT TO THE ORGINIAL BY CARLA SCARPA. IT AIMES TO SERVE AS A PROCESSIONAL ENTRANCE AND GATE INTO THE CEMETERY THAT SERVES AS A LIBRARY FULL OF THE VAST AMOUNT OF DETAILS THAT MAY BE MISSED BY PEOPLE EXPERIENCING THE CEMETERY. IT AIMS TO INFORM AND TEACH PEOPLE OF THE TRANSCENDET EXPERIENCE THAT SCARPA INTENDED.

THE LUNENBURG COFFEE HOUSE WAS DESIGNED TO GO AGAINST THE COLONIAL GRID THAT WAS ORIGINALLY IMPLEMENTED IN THE TOWN. THE GOAL OF THIS COFFEE HOUSE WAS TO CONNECT THE TWO STREETS THROUGH A NON-LINEAR MANNER AND CREATE AN INTERACTIVE BUILDING. THIS WAS DONE BY PLACING A WALKWAY THROUGH DRUMLINS THAT ENDED AT A DECK WITH HAMMOCKS BUILT IN (ACTS AS AN EXTENSION OF THE WHARF) OR CONTINUED DOWNWARDS ALONG THE SIDE TO THE COFFEE SHOP LOCATED ON THE ROAD BELOW. THE DRUMLINS ALLOWS NATURAL LANDSCAPE FOR USERS TO ENJOY, AS WELL ACT AS A WAY TO HIDE WINDOWS THAT ALLOW REFLECTED LIGHT INTO THE PRIVATE RESIDENCES. THE COFFEE SHOP ALSO HAS IN HOUSE ROASTING ROOM, KITCHEN AND 2 SEPERATE RESIDENCES ON THE TOP FLOOR.

TWO STOREY COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDING DESIGNED ACCORDING TO CITY OF CALGARY BYLAWS AND CODE. THE BUILDING WAS MAINLY FOCUSED ON THE TECHNICAL ASPECT OF A COMMERCIAL BUILDING BUT WAS DESIGNED WITH THE SECOND FLOOR BEING LARGER THEN THE FIRST FLOOR TO CREATE AN OVERHANG AND WITH A SLOPED PARAPET. PROJECT WAS DONE IN AUTOCAD AT SAIT WITH A PARTNER.
