Fee Structure 2023
A.B. Paterson College does not charge any supplementary fees for student accident insurance, subject materials, locker hire, etc. Our fee schedule is inclusive of all compulsory excursions and camps including the cost of Canberra excursion and our outback QLD / Winton camp.
Tuition Fees
*Discount applies if annual fees are paid in full by Friday, 10 February 2023. Please note that in addition to the annual discounted rates listed above, the below levies are applicable and will be charged accordingly. Please contact the Accounts Office for an estimate or use our calculator on the College website.
Other Compulsory Costs
The College offers parents a discount should they wish to pay for their children’s annual fees in advance. In order to receive this discount, payments must be received in full by the College before Friday, 10 February 2023. This discount is in addition to the normal sibling discounts provided to parents; therefore, the final annual figure will depend on the composition of the individual family enrolled at the College. Please contact the Accounts Office for specific fee information.
Term Based Prompt Payment Discount
A prompt payment discount will be applied to parent accounts with a nil balance (or on balances in credit) before the due date on the Fee Statement. (Note: These discounts do NOT apply to those families attracting the Annual Discount.)
• P-6 Discount $75 per student per term
• 7-12 Discount $90 per student per term
Due Dates (there are four terms per year and tuition fees and charges must be paid in full by 5.00pm on the due date each term to be eligible for the discount):
Term 1 10 February 2023
Term 2 28 April 2023
Term 3 21 July 2023
Term 4 13 October 2023
The sibling discounts are dependent on individual circumstances and will be applied to the fees shown above as applicable.
Full Fee-Paying Overseas students:
Prep-Year 12 $24,680 per annum.
Discounts do not apply to full fee paying overseas students.
Optional Tuition Items
Independent specialist tutors offer a range of additional tuition including instrumental, speech and drama, vocal coaching, dance and martial arts.
Before & After School Care and Vacation Care Prep to Year 6 students
Before School Care operates from 7.00am-8.30am and After School Care operates from 3.15pm-6.00pm. Please refer to our separate schedule for relevant fees and charges.
Withdrawal of a Student from the College
If a student is to leave the College before Graduation, it is a condition of enrolment that parents/guardians must give a full term’s notice in writing to the Principal. This written notice must be received no later than the commencement of the last term of attendance. (One academic term’s notice does not include any part of a school holiday period.)
If notice is not given in full, parents/guardians agree to pay one term’s full fees. This amount is a genuine pre-estimate of the loss the College would suffer as a result of the lack of notice.
