One Point Rasuna is a 32 storey mixed-use building used for retail and office, located in
between Jl. Taman Rasuna Selatan and Jl. Epcentrum Boulevard in Kuningan, South Jakarta. The Building adapts to the parametric design with contemporary elements and twisted 90 degree from the podium resulting the building orientation facing to all view direction. The twisted building elements form harmony in this building, creating harmony and rhythm so as to create an iconic and easily recognizable shape

The pathway outside the site is organic following the flow of the river and the site is surrounded by tall buildings with various functions used as office, residential, and commercial buildings. With this potential, the typology of mixed use retail and office buildings is very suitable in considering the environmental segment in the area, especially for the middle to upper class in the centre of the city.
The main structure for the tower using a circle core and composite steel coloumn. For the parametric form is created through the cantilever floor plate with adding some catwalk from metal grating to bracket the curtain wall. The twisted facade can be applied by using the aluminium fins as shading device that also useful to reduce the sunlight.

The building site is located in front of the waterfront, which is right in front of the Cideng River so that the potential related to the waterfront is maximized through the placement of views for podium and tower facing the waterfront. The existing condition of the site near the river waterfront has the potential to add supporting facilities to support activities in retail and office buildings with a crossing bridge as accessibility to the building.

M BLOC SPACE is a creative space as a public space in over seeing a community, especially art and culture in the Blok M area, South Jakarta. Blok M is known as one of the strategic areas that has become an icon for teenagers in Jakarta and its surroundings since the 80s. M Bloc Space is a Heritage building owned by PERURI which previously functioned as a money certification warehouse, but the typology of the building has the potential to become a community space with a diverse and interactive building typology through placemaking and adaptive reuse approaches to realize sustainable buildings that are able to improve economic, social, accessibility, function and environmental aspects.

: 860 m²
Seafront Serenity house located in Pantai Mutiara Regatta St., North Jakarta,
DKI Jakarta. The site area is 860 m². The house is a modern, luxurious retreat nestled right by the edge of the sea, where the calm waves gently kiss the shoreline. Its sleek, contemporary architecture blends seamlessly with the natural beauty surrounding it. Large glass windows offer panoramic views of the endless horizon, allowing the ocean to become part of the home’s ambiance. Living by the seafront offers a serene and picturesque environment, but it also presents unique challenges for managing indoor climate. To ensure optimal comfort in this riverside home, we chose Daikin, a leading brand in air conditioning, known for its efficiency and reliability.

UNIT USAGE Daikin’s ducting system was customized to accommodate the unique architectural features of the riverside home. The ducts were insulated to prevent energy loss and reduce condensation, which is particularly important in humid environments. By prioritizing environmentally responsible materials, the house can create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also aligned with long-term environmental sustainability goals. This approach ensures that buildings have a reduced carbon footprint throughout their lifecycle, from construction to demolition or repurposing. 33
