Se refuerza la educación Strengthening education
Durante el 2023, el ciclo escolar se reforzará con cinco programas que contarán con más de Q3964 millones.
Para la Alimentación Escolar se entregarán Q3172.4 millones; para Útiles Escolares serán Q179.1 millones; la Valija Didáctica recibirá Q58.9 millones; para Gratuidad de la Educación se destinarán Q208.1 millones, y para el Seguro Médico Escolar se asignarán Q346 millones.

El Ministerio de Educación detalló que 1500 escuelas tendrán trabajos de restauración durante este año, con un valor entre Q70 mil y Q75 mil cada una.
Además, la Secretaría de Obras Sociales de la Esposa del Presidente (Sosep) prevé abrir 10 Centros de Atención y Desarrollo Infantil (CADI).
