Maxus cinema is a proposed multiplex located in chennai with a site area of 6100 sq m. The primary objective of this multiplex project is to optimize space utilization by housing several theaters under one roof. By doing so, it allows for the screening of various movies simultaneously, offering audiences a wide range of choices.
