About: Redwood Gospel Mission provides faith-based substance abuse programs for men (New Life; 40 beds) and women (Manna Home; 14 beds). Programs are 10-16 months long and from a Christian perspective, though services are open to all faiths. Cannot accommodate anyone using narcotics, benzodiazapines, or muscle relaxers. Psychiatric medications addressed on case-by-case basis. Those accepted into the program are not allowed to accept any outside income (e.g., SSI, Unemployment, SSDI). Space llimited.
Santa Rosa Treatment Program

About: Santa Rosa Treatment Program offers outpatient medication assisted treatment for opioid addictions, which involves the administration of medication (e.g., methadone) daily at the treatment facility. Also has a 180 Day Detox program, during which the client’s treatment plan is designed to find a therapeutic dose, maintain one-on-one counseling sessions and begin a taper to be completed by the 180th day.

About: Non-profit program that provides a 120-day residential substance abuse treatment for pregnant and parenting women with their minor children, with
8 months aftercare services and up to two years in a transitional home. Clients must be a Sonoma County resident to be eligible for funding. Services provided are not free but based on the income of each individual’s source of income.
