Sunday April 24th from 4 to 8 p.m. and Monday April 25th from 7 to 8 a.m.
3. Will onsite registration be available? • No. All attendees must pre-register by April 8th and only registered exhibitors can man their booths. • Badges will be picked up in the Brazil Room on April 25th from 7-8 a.m. 4. What is the Trade Connections schedule? Monday, April 25 • 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (during co ee break, which will take place in the same room). • 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (during co ee break, which will take place in the same room). • 12:40 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (during lunch and break, which will take place in the adjacent room). Wednesday, April 27 • 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (exclusive time for Trade Connections; beer and snacks will be provided in the same room). 5. How can I make individual appointments and interact with attendees? • IAAPA will launch the IAAPA Connect+ application one week before the event. You may use the app to schedule appointments and interact with attendees.

Who do I contact onsite if I need a laptop or a monitor for my booth? • Please contact our o cial vendor, Equalizee. TV monitors and laptops available for a fee. Please contact them directly at alexandre@equalizee.com.br 8. Travel Arrangements • Registration fee does not include lodging, air transportation or airport transportation. 9. What is the dress code? • The dress code for the Trade Connections is business casual. 10. When can we dismantle the booth? • Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their booths before Wednesday April 27 at 2 p.m. • All materials left after 5 p.m. will be discarded. 11. Are there interpreter or translation services available on site? • No, but IAAPA may arrange a translator through the local translation agency for a fee. Please contact Ana Elisa Benavent for more information. 12. Can I mail booth materials in advance to the hotel?

• The hotel will hold materials as long as you send them to your own room or to the attention of Ana Elisa Benavent, IAAPA.
13. How will the Scavenger Hunt activity work? • All attendees will be given a card to be stamped by exhibitors when visiting their booth and learning about their company. Prizes will be given to the rst attendees who ll in the card. • If you wish to provide prizes for this activity, please contact me by April 19 in order to be recognized in the program.
