The Eagles Resort, Four Generations of Hoteliers The famous Eagles Resort is set on an unspoilt peninsula full of lush gardens of olive trees, close to the monastic holy mountain of Mount Athos.

Menu THE MEDITERRANEAN GASTRONOMY OF Prosciutto with melon Pumpkin stew with Greek yoghurt with homemade pastry with olives* (*Mount Athos and the surroundings are famous for the extra virgin oils production).

Beef fillet with plum sauce, artichoke** and carrot puree (**Mount Athos is an inexhaustible source of wild herbs harvest. On its slopes the lush vegetation and the rich flora give to the collectors’ excellent harvests. Ierissos is also famous for the wild artichokes production.)
