2. 将山体修复范围扩展至全范围 extent the scope of topography restoration to the whole site
3. 将坡地复绿，营造“山林”的感觉。 replant the slope to create the atmosphere of forest
4. 顺应地形在山林中增加泳池 swimming pool would be set in the newly plant forest and would design according to the shape of topography

景观设计主题 CONCEPTION 萨菲之境 Sapphire Land Sapphire 是宝贵蓝宝石之意思。此方案概念 来自于 ART DECO 风格的蓝宝石项链的设计， 湛蓝的泳池作蓝宝石，围绕华丽的景观泳池展开 设计，包括宴会水景草坪，迷你高尔夫推杆区， 特色廊架下的活动广场。还有架空层里的健身区， 儿童天地，品茗区等等。每个区域务求打造成犹 如萨菲宝石般精致。 This project use "Sapphire" as the concept of design. The design of water feature which at the central of the site is inspired by the shape of sapphire as the main feature of the garden; other parts such as party lawn, mini golf, recreation square are all surround the main feature.

公共住屋与工业用地的树冠覆盖率较低，而这两种用地比例较大，是导致 Clementi 的树冠覆盖率较低的原因。 由于工业区有特殊功能要求，因此我们把关注放在公共居住区。 HDB & industrial area which has lower canopy density is the main type of land use in Clementi, that is the reason why Clementi has lower canopy cover rate.As industial area has special functional requirement, we pay our attention to the HDB block.
树冠较小，且树种不适宜鸟类栖息。 居住区开放空间以硬质停车场为 主，绿化空间、活动空间较少。

水岸关系归纳 向内凹的台阶满 足人们上下船的 需要，河岸边可 能舍友栏杆或矮 墙。
在人流量大的地 方有木材为主打 造的码头满足集 散需要。
部分沿河宫殿及 民宅首层以走廊 的形式呈现。
道路交汇处常用 平台结合台阶 的方式与河道相 接。
大运河附近驳岸 通常没有栏杆， 且驳岸向河道倾 斜以防洪水。
在餐厅、咖啡厅 等休闲处附近 驳岸常设栏杆和 花箱以供游人停 留。
