Il celebre studio brasiliano Botti Rubin Arquitetos, che ha realizzato svariati progetti di ospedali, segue l'ampliamento della struttura da loro progettata nel 1995. Nelle aree di degenza, ampiamente vetrate, sono allocate 1.045 tende modello SL20C, uno dei primi esempi di cantiere nel settore sanitario realizzato da un Licenziatario ScreenLine (Aluservice Ind. Pellini becomes a licensee in Italy of Hunter Douglas for the production of indoor Venetian blinds with slats of 16 and 25 mm, an activity that allows the company to gain recognition on the national scene.

In 1990 Pellini begins fertile collaboration with Nichibei, a Japanese leader in the production of technical blinds, and with Verosol, a Dutch company specialized in innovative high-tech fabrics.

The ScreenLine system shifts from manual to motorized operation with an internal motor, activated by wall switches. The headquarters of Lega Calcio (Italy’s Football League) is one of the first installations of the new system, still functioning today.

Collaboration begins with the glass manufacturer Pilkington, based in France, followed by interactions with Saint-Gobain in the United Kingdom in 1998, Sanco Glas, Schwabenglas and Glas Trösch in Germany and Switzerland in 1999, Saint-Gobain Glass in 2001, and from 2004 with Pilkington on the markets of the United Kingdom, Spain, Holland and all other European countries.

Renzo Piano creates a location permeable to the city in the former area of the dairy plants of Polenghi Lombardo. The brick façades alternate brick sunscreens with glazed surfaces, shaded by over 1,000 Rullo Catenella blinds.

The renowned Brazilian firm Botti Rubin Arquitetos, which has implemented various projects for hospitals, creates an addition for a structure they designed in 1995. Un edificio dalle ampie superfici vetrate, progettato da Massimiliano Fuksas. Per gestire il complesso irraggiamento solare delle facciate sono state fornite oltre 800 tende Rullo Latemar Catenella. Nel 2019 segue la commessa di circa 600 tende Rullo Motore 230V negli uffici di Ferrari a Maranello.

Nella parte dedicata agli uffici dell'imponente Fiera di Milano, progetto di Massimiliano Fuksas, sono stati forniti circa 30 mila m2 di tende di Rullo Catenella e Motore 230V.

Viene introdotto sul mercato il sistema F, la soluzione che ha permesso di movimentare le schermature solari motorizzate ScreenLine anche in progetti di retrofit, consentendo la motorizzazione senza intervenire sull'impianto elettrico.

Il nuovo volume che ospita gli uffici, su disegno di Mario Botta e Giancarlo Marzorati, si eleva al di sopra di una parte dello stabilimento storico. Le facciate ampiamente vetrate incorporano un migliaio di tende Motore 230V e Rullo Light.

Spazio multifunzionale progettato da Fernando Parrilla è sede delle istituzioni culturali locali. Il fronte sud est presenta una pelle esterna fotovoltaica, mentre quello nord ovest è caratterizzato da una serie di veneziane ScreenLine multicolore che danno vita a un gioco cromatico.

All'interno della grande operazione urbanistica nel quartiere Bicocca da parte di Gregotti Associati, l'edificio 143 per gli uffici Pirelli integra nelle proprie facciate oltre 600 tende Rullo Maxi con tessuto SilverScreen.

A building with large glazed surfaces designed by Massimiliano Fuksas. To control the complex solar radiation of the façades, the company supplies over 800 Rullo Latemar Catenella blinds. In the part containing the offices of the impressive Fiera di Milano complex designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, Pellini supplies about 30,000 m2 of Rullo Catenella and Motore 230V blinds.

The F system is introduced on the market, a solution that facilitates the installation of ScreenLine motorized shading also for retrofit projects without any integration with the electrical system.

The new office building designed by Mario Botta and Giancarlo Marzorati rises over part of the company’s existing complex. The large glazed façades incorporate about 1,000 Motore 230V and Rullo Light blinds.

Nasce la divisione dedicata alle soluzioni personalizzate per il settore nautico, a fronte delle consolidate collaborazioni con studi di progettazione e interior designer internazionali. Negli stabilimenti produttivi di Codogno è allestita un'area apposita con addetti dall'alta capacità artigianale.

Continua il posizionamento di Pellini nel settore ospedaliero con la fornitura di 4.300 tende SL20C al principale ospedale pubblico dell'isola, realizzato in una lunga gestazione dal 2000 al 2007 da Aster/Grossi & Speier.

Sede della compagnia assicurativa progettata da Jorge Sorribes, è pensata come una serie di ambienti a elevata affluenza, quali appunto uffici e aree per il pubblico. Sono state fornite 1.500 tende SL20P, quasi tutte installate in facciata continua.

Nuovo polo dalla forma trapezoidale su otto livelli, realizzato dallo studio Marco Rizzoli, presenta grandi finestrature che integrano 1.580 tende motorizzate SL22M.

Una scatola di vetro sostenuta per 150 metri da quattro pilastri esterni e da un sistema di tiranti, apparendo come sospesa. Con i suoi edifici gemelli Minas e Gerais, che accolgono gli uffici amministrativi, è la realizzazione con il più alto numero di schermature integrate in facciata: circa 22 mila.

Lamella basso emissiva costituita da un rivestimento funzionale che riduce la temperatura del vetro e i valori di fattore solare e trasmittanza termica. Sviluppata in collaborazione con i più importanti istituti di ricerca europei per le nanotecnologie.

Creation of the division to formulate personalized solutions for the nautical sector, thanks to consolidated working relationships with international studios and interior designers. At the production facilities in Codogno, a special area is set up for staff providing high levels of craftsmanship.

The company’s position in the healthcare sector continues to grow with the supply of 4,300 SL20C blinds for the island’s main public hospital, completed over a long phase of development from 2000 to 2007 by Aster/Grossi & Speier.

The headquarters of the insurance company, designed by Jorge Sorribes, is organized as a series of high-traffic spaces, including offices and public areas. Pellini supplies 1,500 SL20P blinds, almost all of which being installed in the building’s curtain wall.

The new healthcare centre with a trapezoidal form on eight levels, by Studio Marco Rizzoli, features large windows fitted with 1,580 SL22M motorized blinds.

A glass box supported for 150 metres by four external pilasters and a system of tierods, seemingly suspended. With its twin Minas and Gerais buildings, housing the administrative offices, this is the construction with the largest number of shading elements built into the façade: about 22,000.

A Hodonín viene aperta l'unità produttiva di Pellini nella Repubblica Ceca per soddisfare la sempre maggiore richiesta di sistemi ScreenLine. Nel 2022 è stato inaugurato il nuovo fabbricato, a seguito della distruzione della sede precedente a opera di un tornado.

Storica istituzione universitaria e ospedaliera, l'ospedale è stato costruito nel 1934 e soggetto a molteplici ampliamenti, tra cui l'edificio centrale a torre circolare Davidson Tower dell'architetto Joseph Neufeld. Al complesso il licenziatario israeliano Topaz Glass ha fornito 5.800 tende SL24P.

Progettata dallo studio Pelli Clarke Pelli, la torre raggiunge i 231 metri compresa la guglia, attestandosi come la più alta d'Italia. Per l’edificio, Pellini ha distribuito il tessuto Verosol EnviroScreen.

Estensione e ristrutturazione dell'ospedale da parte di Michel Beauvais Associés, il progetto è compatto ma volutamente aperto e tagliato a quarto di cerchio nella parte posteriore della facciata principale.

L’esigenza di igiene nei reparti ha favorito la scelta di un sistema integrato ScreenLine, attivato tramite la rotazione di un’asta.

Un motore interno privo di spazzole (brushless), dunque silenzioso e non soggetto a usura, è inserito nei sistemi ScreenLine e consente di dialogare con le reti domotiche di automazione, assicurando la massima precisione nella movimentazione e nell’orientamento.

Progetto di Giulio Desiderio e Andrea Massei, si articola su un corpo centrale e due laterali a tre piani che contengono archivi, sale riunioni e ambienti per l’attività lavorativa. Pellini ha fornito 350 veneziane SL27C con lamella V95, oltre a numerose veneziane con lamelle fisse con opportuno grado di inclinazione per schermare l’ampio lucernario interno.

In Hodonín, the Pellini production plant in the Czech Republic is opened to respond to the growing demand for ScreenLine systems.

In 2022 a new building is inaugurated, following the destruction of the previous headquarters by a tornado.

Within a historic university and healthcare institute, the hospital was built in 1934 and has gone through multiple expansions, including the circular central building, the Davidson Tower by the architect Joseph Neufeld. The Israeli licensee Topaz Glass has supplied 5.800 SL24P blinds.

Designed by the firm Pelli Clarke Pelli, the tower reaches a height of 231 metres including the spire, making it the tallest building in Italy. For the construction, Pellini has supplied the Verosol EnviroScreen fabric.

An extension and refurbishing of the hospital conducted by Michel Beauvais Associés, the project is compact but intentionally open, forming a quarter circle in the back part of the main façade. The need for hygiene in the wards has led to the choice of an integrated ScreenLine system activated by rotating a wand.

An internal brushless motor, therefore silent and resistant to wear, is inserted in the ScreenLine systems and permits dialogue with automation networks, ensuring maximum accuracy in both raising/lowering and tilting movements.

Designed by Giulio Desiderio and Andrea Massei, the complex contains a central volume and two lateral three-storey structures that host archives, meeting rooms and workspaces. Pellini has supplied 350 SL27C Venetian blinds with V95 slats, as well as many Venetian blinds with fixed slats, set at an optimal angle to screen the large internal skylight.

Intervento di riqualificazione di Sidell Gibson Architects, si caratterizza per la facciata sud inclinata. Nelle vetrate di ampie dimensioni sono state inserite 140 ScreenLine SL27C con motorizzazione esterna, mentre il Building 2 ne ospita 127.

Canalina brevettata in collaborazione con Technoform, realizzata tramite un coestruso di polipropilene e acciaio inox, assicura la perfetta ermeticità e migliora l'isolamento termico della vetrocamera.

Il grande centro direzionale e di produzione televisiva di Rogoredo, progettato da Byron Harford & Associates Architects, presenta un duplice fabbricato innestato a V in cui sono state montate circa 900 tende Rullo Motore 230V.

Una struttura sospesa e lineare rilegge la tipologia dei grattacieli direzionali.

Parallelo, progettato da MCA - Mario Cucinella Architects, presenta tre piani fuori terra soprelevati nelle cui facciate sono state inserite 480 tende SL27C alte fino a 4,2 metri.

Cursore magnetico scorrevole che consente di sollevare e orientare la tenda attraverso un unico dispositivo di comando. Sistema di movimentazione nato ascoltando le esigenze del mercato anglosassone.

Pellini fornisce quasi novemila tende SL32MB al principale ospedale pubblico e universitario della capitale austriaca. Il grande complesso è oggetto di un'importante ristrutturazione che terminerà nel 2030.

The refurbishing project by Sidell Gibson Architects presents a sloping southern façade.

The large windows contain 140 ScreenLine SL27C blinds with external motors, while Building 2 is equipped with 127.

The spacer patented in collaboration with Technoform, produced through co-extrusion of polypropylene and stainless steel, ensures a perfect seal and improves the thermal performance of insulated glass.

The large centre for offices and television production in Rogoredo, designed by Byron Harford & Associates Architects, provides two buildings in a V-shaped arrangement, containing about 900 Rullo Motore 230V blinds.

A suspended and linear structure reinterprets the typology of the skyscraper for offices. Parallelo, designed by MCAMario Cucinella Architects, has three above-ground raised levels, where the façades have been fitted with 480 SL27C blinds, for a height of 4.2 metres.

A magnetic slider makes it possible to raise and adjust the blind through a single control device. The movement system has been created as a response to the needs of the Anglo-Saxon market.

Pellini provides almost 9,000 SL32MB blinds for the main hospital and university complex of the Austrian capital. The large project is the focus of an important regeneration program to be completed in 2030.

Con sede a Trento e unità produttiva a Badia Polesine (RO) nasce la vetreria che offre soluzioni integrate e all’avanguardia di vetro-schermatura per la complessità dell’architettura contemporanea e che consente a Pellini di testare le soluzioni ScreenLine all’interno del loro ambiente naturale, il vetro, prima che vengano immesse sul mercato.

Arata Isozaki Architects con Andrea Maffei realizza la seconda torre più alta d'Italia di 209 metri di altezza per 51 piani. Ogni modulo è rivestito con un involucro a doppia pelle vetrata, curva all'esterno e dritta all'interno, su cui sono montate circa 3.400 tende motorizzate MAOP35.

Di Progetto CMR, il fabbricato si eleva di otto livelli con un piano terra aperto e accessibile. L'orientamento dei fronti vuole beneficiare il più possibile della luce naturale. Sono state inserite circa duemila tende rullo Latemar Motore.

Edificio scolastico di Claudio Lucchini & Architetti Associati, è ispirato dal panorama delle colline a est che entrano negli spazi interni dalle grandi facciate vetrate, dotate di tende SL27MB con lamella V95 e di sistemi a corda SL27C provvisti di rinvio magnetico per la trasmissione del movimento in una vetrata tripla.

Sostenibilità, efficienza energetica e connessione al quartiere sono le linee guida del progetto di WIP Architetti nell'area di Santa Giulia. Nove piani fuori terra in cui sono state inserite un migliaio di tende Rullo Motore 230V dotate di tessuto metallizzato SilverScreen Verosol.

Progetto di Renzo Piano Building Wor-kshop con TAMassociati e la Building Division di Emergency il centro, pensato in ottica di sostenibilità ambientale e indipendenza energetica, vuole favorire l’eccellenza medica in Uganda. Pellini fornisce 50 tende SL24P e SL20A.

With headquarters in Trento and a production unit in Badia Polesine (Northern Italy), the glass manufacturer offers integrated solutions in the field of shading systems, responding to the complexity of contemporary architecture. This allows Pellini to test the ScreenLine solutions in their natural setting – glass – before putting them on the market.

Arata Isozaki Architects with Andrea Maffei design the second tallest tower in Italy, for a height of 209 metres and 51 floors. Each module is covered by a double skin envelope, curved on the outside and straight on the inner surface, equipped with approximately 3,400 MAOP35 motorized blinds.

Designed by Progetto CMR, the building has eight levels with an open, accessible ground floor. The orientation of the fronts brings maximum benefits of natural light.

About 2,000 Latemar Motore roller blinds have been installed.

The school building by Claudio Lucchini & Architetti Associati takes its cue from the panorama of hills to the east, entering the interiors through large glazed façades equipped with SL27MB blinds, fitted with V95 slats and SL27C cord systems featuring magnetic devices for the transmission of movement in triple glazing.

Sustainability, energy efficiency and connection to the neighbourhood are the guidelines of the project by WIP Architetti in the Santa Giulia area. Nine above-ground levels contain about 1,000 Rullo Motore 230V blinds, equipped with SilverScreen Verosol metallized fabric.

A project by Renzo Piano Building Workshop with TAMassociati and the Building Division of Emergency, the centre is conceived in a perspective of environmental sustainability and energy independ-ence, with the aim of fostering medical excellence in Uganda. L'interior design è a cura di AMDL - Michele De Lucchi. Pellini ha fornito 700 tende veneziane motorizzate, tra cui il modello SL32MAI specificatamente realizzato per strutture inclinate.

Nuovo ospedale nella Danimarca occidentale progettato dallo studio scandinavo AART, è pensato su una serie di cortili collegati per migliorare i flussi tra i reparti e massimizzare il contatto con l'esterno e la luce naturale. Le facciate integrano circa cinquemila tende motorizzate SL29MB.

Su una superficie costruita di 75 mila m2, 5+1AA Alfonso Femia Gianluca Peluffo crea un fabbricato interamente vetrato, senza fronte né retrofacciate, in cui sono state inserite circa 3.500 tende Rullo Brenta Catenella.

Ron Arad Associates con Amot e Gav-Yamran realizza un edificio di 28 piani con una planimetria a L composta da due torri su pilastri rastremati verso il basso. Nell'edificio sono state montate circa quattromila tende Rullo Brushless RHP, la prima importante applicazione di sistemi Rullo brushless Pellini in una facciata a doppia pelle chiusa.

Lo studio Libeskind crea una torre alta 175 metri contraddistinta dalla forma curva, per la quale Pellini ha fornito circa tremila tende Rullo Motore 230V, alte in media 3,4 metri, e sistemi schermanti guidati che si adattano alle sagome inclinate di ciascun modulo di facciata.

Sistema di movimentazione a batteria ricaricabile, può essere adattato a ogni tipo di serramento, anche preesistente, senza modificare l'impianto elettrico.

Renovated by Mario Botta, buildings 23 and 24 of the former Magazzini Generali are connected by a glass entrance passage that creates a sheltered plaza. The interior design is by AMDL-Michele De Lucchi. Pellini has supplied 700 motorized Venetian blinds, including the model SL32MAI specifically developed for sloping structures.

A new hospital in western Denmark designed by the Scandinavian firm AART, the building is organized with a series of connected courtyards, to improve circulation between departments and to maximize contact with the outside world and natural light. The façades incorporate about 5,000 SL29MB motorized blinds.

Over a constructed area of 75,000 m2, the studio 5+1AA Alfonso Femia Gianluca Peluffo creates an entirely glazed building, without front or back, in which about 3,500 Rullo Brenta Catenella blinds have been installed.

Alterstudio Partners erge un grande volume policromo, caratterizzato da una scansione ritmica dei pannelli di rivestimento e da ampie vetrate a tutt'altezza, affacciate da un lato verso la piazza e schermate da sistemi motorizzati ScreenLine collegati all’impianto domotico dell’edifico.

Celeberrimo edificio dell'EUR, viene costruito nel 1939 e rinnovato fino al 1953 dagli architetti Giovanni Guerrini, Ernesto Lapadula e Mario Romano. È stato ristrutturato da Marco Costanzi per ospitare gli uffici della Maison Fendi. Il pian terreno ospita schermature oscuranti da interno della visione Tende e Sistemi.

Per schermare ognuna delle grandi finestre che caratterizzano la “curva” di Triennale Milano che affaccia direttamente su Parco Sempione e Castello Sforzesco sono state installate due tende rullo appaiate, una dotata di tessuto oscurante e una di tessuto filtrante, entrambe alti circa 6,5 metri, in grado di ottimizzare le condizioni di luce interna in base alle attività in programma.

Alterstudio Partners erects a large multicoloured volume, featuring a rhythmical pattern of cladding panels and large full-height windows, facing on one side towards the plaza and equipped with ScreenLine motorized shading systems connected to the building automation program.

The famous building in the EUR district was constructed in 1939 and renovated until 1953 by the architects Giovanni Guerrini, Ernesto Lapadula and Mario Romano. It was refurbished by Marco Costanzi to house the offices of Maison Fendi. The ground floor relies on the darkening systems of the Tende e Sistemi division.

To screen each of the characteristic large windows of the “curve” inside Triennale Milano, facing directly onto Parco Sempione and the Sforza Castle, Pellini installs two matched roller blinds, one with darkening fabric and one with filtering fabric, both with a height of about 6.5 metres, capable of optimizing internal lighting conditions based on programmed activities.

Da un progetto di Renzo Piano, sviluppato da Ottavio Di Blasi (ODB & Partners) l'estensione del Campus di Città Studi vede oltre 4.200 m2 di edifici e spazi semipubblici. Centinaia le tende veneziane motorizzate ScreenLine SL29MB, con lamella V95, integrate nelle vetrate isolanti dalle altezze fino a 4 metri.

Pellini acquisisce l'azienda specializzata in componenti plastici per la produzione delle tende ScreenLine e nella distribuzione di sigillanti per la produzione e l'assemblaggio di vetrate isolanti.

Lo studio Binini Partners realizza un complesso ospedaliero di 180 mila m2 all'interno di MIND, il Milano Innovation District nell'ex area Expo 2015, per i cui spazi Pellini ha realizzato circa 3.400 tende SL22MB connesse all’impianto domotico generale.

Innovativa schermatura solare integrata in poliestere prestazionale e sottilissimo, la cui geometria a onde orizzontali regala un piacevole impatto estetico, mentre il trattamento PVD abbatte il fattore solare fino a raggiungere valori analoghi a quelli delle tende da esterno già in vetrata doppia (gtot <10%), rendendola una valida alternativa alle tapparelle.

Boeri Studio (Stefano Boeri, Gianandrea Barreca e Giovanni La Varra) progetta i due nuovi edifici ospedalieri all'interno della vasta area della Ca' Granda.
