NOTE AS PER GSKY: If there is no drain under Green wall, a remote overflow tank and sump pump by GSKY could be installed depending on site conditions.

Recommendation as per John Mini Green wall consultant: • A suitable structure, capable of carrying the gravity weight (10 PSF) of the Versa Wall System, must be provided by others for the Versa Wall System to attach to.

• Trim (if necessary) to be a Standard Maple Veneer wood white.

• Backing of green wall to receive a ¾” plywood to attach system to. Final specs on existing conditions required.

• Water – provide 3/4” water supply to ICU. JMDL will provide the following material but any plumbing work required to wall connection to be by others • Electric – Provide Quad outlet 120V15A GFCI at ICU • Drainage – Provide 1-1/2"drain pipe below each green wall section.

• Inclusion of a floor drain below the Green Wall irrigation components is recommended for all interior walls. By not including a drain, the customer is assuming all risks associated with Green Wall water usage.

• For the basic survival of the plants, a minimum of one hundred fifty (150) foot candles of light must be provided in an even flood across the entire surface of the wall for a minimum of ten to twelve (10~12) hours per day (adjustable timer) using appropriate lamps (LED or Metal Halide) with a color temperature of 4,300K. Metal Halide fixtures must be mounted at an appropriate distance from the wall to ensure even light distribution and to mitigate any heat issues (recommend 5’ distance minimum).
