William & Crystal Coleman (the “Colemans”) are the record owners of a certain mobile home, described as a 1978, Oxford, bearing Serial No. S#488 (the “Mobile Home”), located on Lot #2A, 538 East Street, Bolton, Vermont. 3. The Colemans leased a lot in the Park from HFI pursuant to a written lease. On May 19, 2009 this Court issued a Judgment for eviction, costs, and attorney fees against Owners Colemans in the matter The Housing Foundation, Inc. v. Coleman, Docket No. S0491-09 CnC. The Court issued a Writ of Possession to HFI on May 19, 2009. 4. The Colemans’ last known mailing address is 530 Burns Road, Shelbyville, Tennessee 37160-5717. 5. The mobile home has been abandoned. The last known residents of the mobile home were Geraldine & Sean Carey. The Colemans were evicted from the Park for non-payment of rent. The Colemans have removed all of their personal property from the mobile home, and utility services have been terminated. Owners Colemans have made no effort or attempts to remove the home from the Park.
