Let’s start with the basics: logging in.

Use your email address to log in.

Steps to log in:

1. Click the login button at the top of any page.

2. Enter your email or 7Across account ID. We emailed you with your new account ID.

3. Enter your password. You will have already been prompted to change this to access the new website.

4. Click on go!

If there is more than one owner on your account, it is a good idea to use your 7Across ID the first time you log in. Not sure what your account ID is? Check your inbox and look for an email from us which features your new account ID to log in.

Once you are in, click on “My Profile” (see more info on Page 6). Here, you will be able to see who is listed as the “primary owner” and who is listed as an “additional owner” - this is important as the password attached to the primary owner’s email will also be the password that is attached to the account ID.

If you are the primary owner, simply log in with your email or your account ID using the same password. If you are an additional owner, you should always use your email and you can reset your password to whatever you would like it to be.
