Notes
The oldest son of a surgeon and an obstetrician/gynecologist who has been working for more than 30 years in Phichit province, a rural area of Thailand. The mother, Chanwalee Srisukho, MD, graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University. She used to receive the International Medical Foundation of Japan (IMFJ) Scholarship from Prof Atsushi Munakata to stay in Japan a couple months since 1970s. Chanesd received a great honor from the professors for dinner on Aug 11, 2012
