Breeding & Health All sale cattle are sound

All open females are guaranteed to be breeders provided they do not fail to breed due to injury, disease or mishandling occurring after purchase; any female sold as open who fails to conceive to a bull must be reported to the seller before she

Flushes and Embryos On embryo packages of 3 embryos, the seller guarantees to the buyer one pregnancy if put in by a certified embryo technician. All embryos are exportable to the US.

On flush lots, the seller guarantees six transferrable embryos. The buyer pays half down on sale day and the balance is due upon completion of the flush.

The buyer pays all flush and export costs.

The seller will make all necessary arrangements to ship embryos to the location of the buyers choice in Canada or the US, at the buyers cost.

Genetic Conditions Test results (TH, PHA, DS) should be received on all sale lots by sale day and will be provided on an added page and on our website.

We apologize that some results are not available at this time. Hill Haven and the consignors will guarantee that their sale lots are THF, PHAF & DSF. US Shipments All health documents required for the export of live cattle to the US will be provided by the seller at no cost to the buyer; the

seller will facilitate all export/ border arrangements upon request and at the buyers cost.

Delivery At the buyer’s request the seller will

make arrangements to have cattle delivered in Ontario, across Canada or to the US at the buyer’s cost. For further details on delivery options please contact the consignor directly.

Liability Each animal becomes the risk of the

buyer as soon as sold. Purchased animals will be cared for by the seller for a reasonable amount of time to be mutually agreed. It is advised that buyers purchase full insurance for the value of the animal; Insurance will be available at the settlement desk.

Neither the owners, employees, auctioneers or sale personnel can be responsible for accidents, but they will make every effort to provide for the safety and comfort of those attending.
