RENTAL AND OCCUPANCY NOTIFICATION

1. An Owner must notify the CSA Office when the Owner’s property is to be occupied by someone other than the Owner, whether under a rental agreement or not, in the Owner’s absence.

2. Prior to arrival of the tenant/guest, notification shall be made through submission to the CSA

Office of a completed “Owner Tenant/Guest Information” form available in the CSA Office or by clicking on the link below and printing the form.

3. Upon proper notification, the CSA Office will input this information into the gate entry system.

4. If a tenant/guest arrives after CSA Office hours and is not already in the system, Front Gate attendant will contact the Owner for the required information and direct the Owner to submit a completed “Owner Tenant/Guest Information” form. Only the departure date provided by the Owner will be accepted for pass purposes. If the departure date is to be extended, the

Owner must notify the CSA Office prior to the on-file departure date.

5. If an Owner is leasing property through the Welcome Center, the Welcome Center shall provide a completed “Owner Tenant/Guest Information” form to the Front Gate and the CSA

Office.
