In The Works: L&Q, Excalibur

We’ ve been producing interesting, bespoke, modular marketing suites for decades. This one, which we looked at for L&Q’s Excalibur development in SE London has an interesting twist.

Instead of the standard 2-bay layout (2 rectangular units forming a rectangular floorplan) we just offset the modules to create a withmore dynamic space a much more natural look and feel.

Using the same amount of glazing and retaining the same internal area as a standard building, we’ ve generated a much more continuous inside-outside space with a more welcoming frontage, , natural customer journey space-efficient backstage and private areas and a view-through the entire building.
