L&Q Excalibur Marketing Suite

We’ve been producing interesting, bespoke, modular marketing suites for decades. This one, which we looked at for L&Q’s Excalibur development in SE London has an interesting twist.

Instead of the standard 2-bay layout (2 rectangular units forming a rectangular floorplan) we just offset the modules to create a more dynamic space with a much more natural look and feel.

Using the same amount of glazing and retaining the same internal area as a standard building, we’ve generated a much more continuous insideoutside space with a more welcoming frontage, natural customer journey, space-efficient backstage and private areas and a view-through the entire building.
