The attached documents Celina 00001-00006 have been produced in litigation as responsive to the requests for documents referenced herein as the Bill Parker Report and the Human Resources Report, both of which were the stated alleged basis for the termination of former Assistant Chief of Police Shea Scott.

Except for former Chief of Police Tony Griggs (who has been publicly announced as having resigned), and former Assistant Chief of Police Shea Scott (who was terminated), no other police officer has received any known discipline or resigned related to the Parker Report or the Human Resources Report. Therefore, the names and ranks of all other police officers contained within these reports have been redacted to protect their privacy.

The redacted ranks and names of all such police officers referenced have been replaced with a redacted designation as Officer 1 - Officer 8. Numerical references 1-8 being based solely on the order of appearance in the Parker Report and Human Resources Report, respectively.
