He commenced his construction career as a union apprentice shortly after graduation, hands-on experience and comprehensive industry knowledge from the ground up. BRIANNE ABBASI
Brianne Abbasi runs Business Development at 41 North Contractor’s Arizona Branch. Brianne has spent her career fostering a robust, sustainable network of clients in the Southwest region, leveraging strong listening, presentation and closing skills. Her background has been largely focused on the restaurant and retail industry where she has worked alongside key decision makers at every phase of the development process. Brianne studied Veterinary Medicine and Biology-Pre Med at Iowa State University. She is currently apart of The National Association of Women in Construction, as well as the Arizona Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and Arizona Association For Economic Development (AAED)

A raduate of Purdue University, with over 15 years of experience in the industry, Jon has developed a eep understanding of the estimating process in various types of construction projects. Lance Beeler is the Director of Pre-Construction and comes with extensive experience across various market sectors and projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Western Illinois University and pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Illinois, his expertise is unapparelled and has contributed to the accumulation of his impressive portfolio; significant projects include the University of Cincinnati mid-rise office and hotel center, Target distribution centers, MOPAR distribution centers, and US Air Force Barracks. His versatility is evident in ventures such as childcare facilities, retail locations for Amazon and Microsoft, and cannabis retail establishments for GTI, Verano, and Zenleaf. At 41 North Contractors, we believe early collaboration leads to better outcomes. By involving our team at the design stage, we foster communication, identify cost-saving alternatives, and streamline the project from the start. We prioritize aligning the project’s cost with the owner’s expectations from day one—avoiding redesigns and delays. Our partnership with design teams and subcontractors ensures a clear understanding of project goals and smarter decision-making throughout.
PRECONSTRUCTION & BUDGETING
We work closely with owners to create and maintain budgets throughout the design process. Our preconstruction services include scheduling, permit reviews, value engineering, and cost analysis. We also involve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades early to review designs for efficiency, cost, and lead times.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS
We utilize Procore to manage all project documentation submittals, drawings, logs, photos, and reports. Our Project Manager issues weekly reports with progress updates, a three-week schedule, and upcoming tasks. Weekly on-site OAC (owner/architect/contractor) meetings ensure alignment and rapid issue resolution.
SCHEDULING & STAFFING
A solid schedule is the foundation of a successful build. We create a master schedule during preconstruction and maintain weekly three-week look-ahead schedules with input from subcontractors. Our experienced Project Manager and Superintendent oversee all aspects—contracting, financials, quality control, and coordination. We understand tight timelines and are fully committed to meeting them, drawing from extensive experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven industries like hospitality and healthcare construction.
