The work involved transforming an outdated dining area into a modern, efficient, and welcoming space that could serve thousands of visitors daily We faced challenges integrating new energy-efficient kitchen equipment and redesigning the layout to optimize workflow while working around the museum’s historic infrastructure The installation of multiple food stations required precise coordination to ensure ample space for food preparation and customer flow, while adhering to sustainability goals set by MSI, including composting and use of reusable service ware
Despite the technical demands, we took pride in contributing to a venue that enhances visitor experience by offering fresh, on-site food options reflecting MSI's commitment to health and sustainability The project successfully balanced cutting-edge functionality with the museum’s educational mission, enabling smoother operations and an engaging atmosphere for guests. PICKLEHAUS
Pickle Haus involved transforming a 41,000-squarefoot former furniture store into a state-of-the-art pickleball and entertainment facility. Contractors managed the construction of 12 indoor pickleball courts, including courtside cabanas with seating and TVs. They also built a full-service kitchen, bar, event space, and outdoor patio, requiring careful coordination of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
