The project spanned a spacious site with 75,000 square feet, featuring durable materials like brick, metal panels, and cast stone, all regionally sourced. The three-story building was designed with multiple entrances, ample parking for 270 vehicles, and a dedicated patient dropoff canopy Special features included separate vestibules for immunocompromised patients, outdoor terraces for families, and flexible floor plans allowing for future expansion
