The $1.8 million renovation included reconfiguring the showroom, expanding sales and customer interaction areas, and improving the service drive The exterior was completely updated for improved curb appeal Challenges included eliminating excess office space to optimize showroom flow and ensuring the design facilitated a competitive edge among nearby Ford dealerships
