Joseph Privitera is a Kansas City, Missouri native who began his construction career shortly after earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 1993 Starting as a union apprentice, he gained hands-on experience and built deep industry knowledge from the ground up, completing trade school in 1997 By 2001, he launched his own general contracting company
With over 30 years in the industry, Joseph has held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies and has worked as a general contractor and construction consultant. He has managed a wide range of industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects, collectively valued at more than $1 billion.
Since 2018, Joseph has played a key leadership role in major projects across the Valley He has led operations, shaped strategic direction, and driven significant revenue growth Known for his strong reputation in Arizona, he has built lasting relationships with subcontractors, architects, engineers, city officials, brokers, and other industry professionals while overseeing large-scale land development and construction initiatives.
Anthony John Bellantoni is a seasoned construction professional with over 38 years of experience, specializing in the multifamily and commercial sectors of Arizona's Valley region. Known for his strong leadership, he has successfully delivered major construction and rehabilitation projects, including recent high-profile developments in Phoenix
Most recently, he oversaw the Allero 59 Project, a West Phoenix rental community featuring smart home technology, resort-style amenities, and private backyards Another key project was Luna Bear, a luxury smart townhome community in Phoenix that offers private backyards, two-car garages, and a resort-style pool In addition to new construction, his work includes numerous tax credit programs and rehabilitation projects

Brianne Abbasi runs Business Development at 41 North Contractor’s Arizona Branch. She studied Veterinary Medicine and Biology-Pre Med at Iowa State University. Brianne has spent her career fostering a robust, sustainable network of clients in the Southwest region, leveraging strong listening, presentation and closing skills Her background has been largely focused on the restaurant and retail industry where she has worked alongside key decision makers at every phase of the development process

The One Eleven lobby was a unique and intricate part of transforming a once-abandoned 25-story structure into a stunning 60-story luxury residential tower. The lobby entrance featured oversized metal panels with an abstract treescape design, manufactured from painted plate aluminum, requiring precision installation to achieve the high-end aesthetic We had to work within the constraints of an existing podium structure, carefully coordinating the integration of new architectural details and building systems
The lobby’s expansive, modern design demanded meticulous sequencing to ensure durability, visual impact, and a seamless flow for residents and guests This entrance space set the tone for the entire building, emphasizing both artistic statement and functional access, balancing the technical challenges of preserving old elements while introducing innovative finishes and state-of-the-art systems in a high-traffic, luxury environment. The project showcased expert collaboration among fabricators, architects, and construction teams to deliver excellence on a complex urban site.



This multifamily building was a demanding project requiring precise coordination in a dense urban environment The 47-story tower with 413 residential units and ground-floor retail involved expert integration of modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems The façade combined brick masonry with glass elements, demanding skilled craftsmanship to balance durability with aesthetics Phased construction sequencing minimized disruption to the neighborhood Collaboration among contractors, architects, and subcontractors ensured compliance with city codes and quality standards while delivering a high-profile mixed-use development in the West Loop area


This project was a complex 21-story high-rise, featuring 221 luxury apartment units. The build required precise coordination of cast-in-place concrete construction, advanced mechanical systems, and sustainable materials to achieve LEED Gold certification. Key challenges included installing energy-efficient HVAC, water-saving fixtures, and high-end amenities like a spa, fitness center, and green roof Expert sequencing and collaboration ensured minimal disruption in the dense River North urban environment The project balanced technical demands with premium finishes, delivering an eco-friendly, highprofile residential tower with spectacular city views
Arkadia is a 35-story luxury apartment tower completed in 2015 with 350 units in the West Loop. The build required precise integration of advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with highend finishes. Amenities include a pool, sundeck, and fitness center. Meeting LEED standards demanded sustainable practices, expert sequencing, and close collaboration to minimize disruption while delivering a sophisticated, high-profile residential experience with premium materials and modern design
