Joseph Privitera is a Kansas City, Missouri native who began his construction career shortly after earning a bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 1993 Starting as a union apprentice, he gained hands-on experience and built deep industry knowledge from the ground up, completing trade school in 1997 By 2001, he launched his own general contracting company
With over 30 years in the industry, Joseph has held leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies and has worked as a general contractor and construction consultant. He has managed a wide range of industrial, commercial, and high-end residential projects, collectively valued at more than $1 billion.
Since 2018, Joseph has played a key leadership role in major projects across the Valley He has led operations, shaped strategic direction, and driven significant revenue growth. Known for his strong reputation in Arizona, he has built lasting relationships with subcontractors, architects, engineers, city officials, brokers, and other industry professionals while overseeing large-scale land development and construction initiatives.
Anthony John Bellantoni is a seasoned construction professional with over 38 years of experience, specializing in the multifamily and commercial sectors of Arizona's Valley region. Known for his strong leadership, he has successfully delivered major construction and rehabilitation projects, including recent high-profile developments in Phoenix
Most recently, he oversaw the Allero 59 Project, a West Phoenix rental community featuring smart home technology, resort-style amenities, and private backyards Another key project was Luna Bear, a luxury smart townhome community in Phoenix that offers private backyards, two-car garages, and a resort-style pool In addition to new construction, his work includes numerous tax credit programs and rehabilitation projects
Prior to his current role, Bellantoni served as the President of Bellantoni Custom Remodeling and held the position of Vice President at A. Devito & Sons, further solidifying his diverse experience in the construction industry.


Brianne Abbasi runs Business Development at 41 North Contractor’s Arizona Branch. She studied Veterinary Medicine and Biology-Pre Med at Iowa State University. Brianne has spent her career fostering a robust, sustainable network of clients in the Southwest region, leveraging strong listening, presentation and closing skills Her background has been largely focused on the restaurant and retail industry where she has worked alongside key decision makers at every phase of the development process

John Privitera serves as the Business Manager for 41 North Contractors Arizona branch. He is responsible for project accounting and business development efforts, with a focus on multi-family, hospitality, and industrial asset classes within the Arizona market.
John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Missouri State University, where he graduated in 2020 as a student-athlete. His professional background includes experience in new construction sales, commercial real estate brokerage, and business development, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the financial and operational aspects of real estate and construction projects

This was a prestigious project defined by both scale and meticulous attention to detail Contractors worked on an extensive 120,000 sqft historic clubhouse, three championship-level courses, and ongoing upgrades across its facilities. Renovations often required preserving original architectural features, such as handpainted ceilings, custom millwork, and ornate ironwork, while updating core infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems. Work was coordinated around active club operations, which demanded careful scheduling and safety protocols Projects included constructing a state-of-the-art Golf Learning Center, modernizing locker rooms, renovating dining and event spaces, and updating outdoor terraces Large-scale site access, tight deadlines, and member expectations for minimal disruption made the job both challenging and rewarding for skilled trades and construction professionals


The Naperville Country Club clubhouse underwent a significant renovation beginning in 2021, with a $2 7 million project led by architect Steven Weiss of Weiss Architecture This was the first major clubhouse upgrade in over 40 years, as the existing clubhouse was originally built in 1949 after the original 1927 clubhouse was destroyed by fire in 1948 The renovation focused on modernizing all food and beverage areas, including a newly designed kitchen, updated dining rooms, renovated locker rooms, new flooring and fixtures, and adding floor-toceiling windows to enhance the space The goal was to bring the clubhouse facilities up to par with the quality of the golf course and overall club experience. The renovation was completed around April 2022, providing members with a sleek, modern clubhouse interior to complement the award-winning golf and amenities at the club.

Cress Creek Golf Course in Naperville stands out for its robust infrastructure and ongoing investment in quality facilities. The property spans over 120 acres and includes not only a championship 18-hole course but also multiple support buildings such as maintenance facilities, a spray barn, and a pump house for irrigation The maintenance building alone covers 7,000sqft, providing ample room for equipment storage, repairs, and supply management Recent years have brought significant improvements to both the course and amenities, reflecting a high standard set by the club for its members
We benefited from clear organization designated storage, professional staff, and well-structured maintenance plans are standard The club’s steady schedule of upgrades, from the redesigned clubhouse to revamped aquatics and tennis areas, makes it a rewarding site for trades. Attention to site access and operational safety is also paramount, given the yearround activity and member exclusivity.





Our team is currently renovating the Cantigny Golf Course clubhouse, delivering a refreshed environment that enhances both guest experience and operational function. The project scope involved extensive interior upxssQdates, including new finishes, lighting, millwork, and flooring, as well as selective reconfiguration of spaces to improve flow and usability Modern materials were carefully integrated to elevate the clubhouse’s aesthetic while complementing the traditional architectural character of the facility
Construction included upgrades to dining areas, the bar, and lounge, along with enhancements to locker rooms and event spaces Mechanical and electrical systems were improved to increase efficiency and comfort, supporting long-term use Working within an active golf facility, we coordinated closely with staff to minimize disruption and maintain a safe site
The completed renovation delivers an updated clubhouse that blends hospitality-quality finishes with durable construction, ensuring a welcoming destination for members and guests alike.
