REPLENISH & PRESERVE
the most unforgettable weekend of the year and kick-off to many vacations has arrived and will undoubtedly be one for the record!
As summer begins, plans that have been in the works for what seems like forever are coming to fruition; thousands upon thousands of guests, tourists, summer people, and even locals who desire more than what their hometown offers will be packing up for what appears to be a “six-day weekend.”
With the rushing rivers rolling through the lush valleys at the base of New England mountains, methodical waves crashing on Long Island Sound, the colorful and billowing spinnakers pushing a fleet of sailors across the finish lines of Narragansett Bay, and the soft sand beaches of Cape Cod and the SouthCoast; all will serve as destinations brought on by pent-up demand we’ve longed to embrace.
Knowing that the season is short and so much needs to be accomplished in the next 60 days, families are frantic but excited to get an early start; we hope for perfect weather and safe traveling.
Too often, world events shadow our enthusiasm and subsequently take the focus away from self-care, thankfully the Forth of July gives us a necessary dose of a remedy that recharges and rejuvenates our psychological and physiological synchronization; it’s referred to as “A Good Vibe.”

The summer holiday season should comfort us, knowing we can somewhat departmentalize our lives without being rendered helpless; it’s the perfect time to inventory and reconnect to what we value and want for our families.
We all deserve an opportunity to enjoy this particular summer; the combination of thrills, excitement, and quiet pleasures that settle the mind, will offer a wellneeded escape from the intensity and discord we’ve faced for much too long.
The summer holiday season should comfort us, knowing we can somewhat departmentalize our lives without being rendered helpless; it’s the perfect time to inventory and reconnect to what we value and want for our families.
The summer cocktail for the summer of 2023 is easily prepared; add two-parts peace and relaxation, combined with equal parts of fun and novelty; gently stirred, poured over a generous amount of crushed ice, and garnished with sweet indulgence, this delightful recipe will quench your thirst for satisfaction and pleasure — at least for a couple of months.
Have a spectacular Fourth of July and a wonderful summer season! H
