LEARN TO

October in The Land of Enchantment is always special—the monsoon season is winding down and our crystal-clear blue skies are a daily occurrence again. The wonderful smell of roasting green chile is in the air, and of course hundreds of balloons will color the sky to a degree unlike anywhere else in the world! New Mexico’s beautiful landscape will be further “colorized” by the colors of the changing tree leaves. With all these beautiful things to see and experience, why not add one more unique thing to your list of things to do in October, 2021—learn to fly! The Kirtland AFB Flight Center is a fantastic group of fellow aviators and instructors that can help you become a pilot. The Flight center offers ground school and flight training for Private Pilot, and they can assist you if you are already a pilot and want to add that instrument or commercial rating! Kirtland Flight Center has an impressive fleet of aircraft to meet all your currency and pleasure flying needs, and their rental rates are better than any other flight center in the Albuquerque area! All Flight Center aircraft are professionally maintained by our dedicated licensed mechanic, Mike Douglas. Flight Center Manager Joanna Erni leads a fantastic staff of instructors to help you experience the joy of flight! Stop by and meet Joanna and Mike and see our great fleet of aircraft—and while you’re there, schedule a discovery flight and experience the wonders of New Mexico where they are best seen—from the air!
