With a twenty-year career in the tourism industry, Noelene Henderson draws on her extensive experience in hospitality and tourism in her role as Sales & Marketing and L.E.A.P. specialist for 365Playground, putting into practice both her passion for Asia and her wealth of knowledge in her chosen Developing her sales and marketing skills in both Australia and Asia in the luxury hotel, airline and other related tourism sectors, Noelene s former positions include 13 years with market leader Singapore Airlines, the opening of the highly lauded Hotel de la Paix in Cambodia, and most recently Director of Sales & Marketing for Ritz Carlton Hotel Company s luxurious Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Bali.

NOELENE HENDERSON Sales & Marketing L.E.A.P. Specialist

During her time at the Hotel de la Paix in Cambodia, Noelene was the driving force in the creation and implementation of the hotel s social responsibility program. Through Noelene s work at the Hotel de la Paix a sewing school was opened for underprivileged young adults, exemplifying the philosophy that quality hotels have an ideal opportunity to provide assistance to the communities in which they operate, creating positive change to all key stakeholders.

Noelene s extensive experience in setting up the sales and marketing division of the Hotel de la Paix was taken to a new level with her luxury resort in Asia and appointment as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Bulgari Resort Bali – the Italian designers her in depth knowledge of the high end consumer together with luxury properties proves invaluable in her role at 365Playground.

Well-travelled throughout her career, Noelene is now based in Australia, bringing to 365Playground a wealth of insider knowledge of the Australian market. Noelene has an intuitive grasp of client properties and their competitors, creating unique opportunities for our clients and helping increase growth and potential.

Aside from her Sales & Marketing skills, Noelene has pioneered the L.E.A.P. (Life Enhancement Assistance Program) with 365Playground, fusing social responsibility with environmental common sense and creating a unique set of programs at the core of 365Playground s development philosophy.

Jacinta has over 18 years of hospitality industry experience in senior sales and marketing positions in Asia. Having worked in Singapore, Thailand, Dubai and Vietnam, her international outlook and knowledge of diverse cultures is a strong asset in her role.

Jacinta began her career in the hospitality industry in Singapore where she rose to the position of Assistant Vice President Sales for Berjaya Hotels & Resorts Singapore sales division.

In 2003, Jacinta joined the global award-winning Ascott Group, based in Singapore where she was a senior member of the corporate sales Team before moving to Bangkok, Thailand, in early 2006 as Director of Sales, Indochina. In this role she oversaw the sales and marketing operations of 10 key properties in Bangkok, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Jacinta was involved in key pre-opening assignments in Dubai, Bangkok and Vietnam with The Ascott Group.

A Belgian national and a third generation hotelier, Marc spent his childhood between Europe and the Middle East. With a multicultural background, he went on to study at Boston University where he majored in business economics.

He graduated in 1996 and began his hospitality career with Starwood s Luxury Collection in Spain.

Starting as a sales trainee at the prestigious Alfonso XIII hotel in Seville, he was quickly promoted to director of sales & marketing within two years, becoming one of Starwood s youngest Directors at age 27.

During his 10 years with Starwood, Marc successfully led his Team and his property to such recognitions as “Top 5 Hotels of the Meeting Planner s Satisfaction Index for Starwood s European Hotels”, ranked in the top 100 hotels worldwide by Travel + Leisure and ranked in the top 50 European hotels by Condé Nast.

With a passion for excellent service and marketing solutions, Marc was selected for the Six Sigma quality program. After obtaining his in 2004 he successfully pioneered various programs aimed at increasing client satisfaction. green belt While in Seville, Marc led Seville s hospitality sales and marketing group, was a guest speaker at Seville University for tourism majors and participated in various travel and tourism television shows from France, Spain and the United Kingdom.

After leaving Starwood in 2007, Marc joined Winner Spain, a software company developing operational systems for the hospitality and service industry. There he headed their business development and marketing strategies.

In December 2009, Marc moved to South Florida where he currently uses his knowledge and expertise to assist companies in developing their sales strategies and customer relations.

Focusing on the acquisition and maintenance of customers through long term relationships built on trust and loyalty, Marc has worked with companies in various industries including advertising, luxury service providers, hotels and resorts, sports clubs and construction companies.

Zannie is a PR and communications specialist with more than eight years of experience in launching and promoting luxury hotels and resorts in online and print media, as well as consistently securing awards for these properties.

After graduating from Ryerson University s highly acclaimed Hospitality & Tourism Management programme in 2002, Zannie s hospitality career began at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. She established and maintained media relationships with key editors, journalists and bloggers at major lifestyle and travel publications and websites in Asia, Dubai, Switzerland, United States, United Kingdom and worldwide.

In her career, Zannie worked with award-winning luxury hotels and resorts such as Four Seasons Hotels Singapore, Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore, InterContinental Singapore, One&Only Reethi Rah Maldives and Le Richemond Geneva.

ZANNIE ODOBASIC - LEONG Public Relations Specialist

With a history of providing senior counsel to the hotel s executive committee, Zannie s expertise is in media relations, strategic campaign planning, social media outreach, and media kit development, specializing in luxury hotels and resorts. nominations for the During her tenure with InterContinental Singapore, she helped raise the level of service and secured two hotel s top employees in the “Best Tourism Host” category for Singapore Tourism Board s annual Tourism Awards.

Paddy Mangunta has built a successful career using an early interest in computers and technology to complement her love for the written word. She began her career in journalism at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, one of the top journalism schools in the world, as well as the world s oldest. She currently specializes in online marketing and communications.

After graduating with a Journalism degree, Paddy continued on into magazine publishing, her earliest days spent at Tatler Magazine (Condé Nast) in London, and going on to Parenting Magazine (Time Inc) in New York City.

Desiring to branch out from editing and writing alone and interested in the trends of the future, in 2005 she took an opportunity to delve into the world of online marketing and communications. Leaving magazines behind for the moment, she went on to work in online marketing in both the corporate and industries, including a top international law Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton LLC, and Henry Street Settlement, a New York-based social services organization assisting over 50,000 people a year.

PADMINI MAGUNTA Social Media Specialist

Taking along the spirit of Henry Street s work, as well as her own skill set, Paddy left New York in 2008 and arrived in Mae Sot, Thailand, on the Thai-Burma border, working with a human rights organization documenting human rights abuses in Burma.

In 2011, she was offered the opportunity to join Thanyapura Hospitality Group in Phuket, Thailand, as Online Communications Director, personally re-launching the group s entire online presence.
