U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Travis Mills of the 82nd Airborne was on patrol in 2012 when he was critically injured by an IED. Miraculously, Travis survived but lost portions of both arms and legs, leaving him a quadruple amputee. “Never give up, never quit” was a mindset he’d always held and been inspired by, but on the road to recovery, it became his personal mantra.
