O LA LA
My work is inspired by outer space and stems from a deep reverence for nature. Outer space evokes a sense of mystery and vastness. There are many mysterious things about outer space. The brand logo, OLALA, also reflects this theme.
When we experience a moment of awe and realize our insignificance in the world, we can appreciate everything larger than ourselves. By reflecting on our relationship with the world from within, with a mindset of humility, appreciation, and respect, we can open ourselves to receive external information. This allows us to connect with more people and things, to understand what is happening outside, and to explore life, discovering deeper meanings. It is also a form of self-exploration and spiritual growth.
The brand primarily uses colors inspired by outer space, including earth tones, metallic shades, and colors of the night sky. Black represents a sense of mystery.
In terms of design, I have chosen avant-garde and bold styles, drawing inspiration from space suits. The hang tags feature the OLALA font and depict a UFO icon.
There are six outfits in total, including four dresses and two pairs of pants. The bag designs are inspired by extraterrestrial themes, incorporating vibrant colors and grainy textures to evoke a planetary atmosphere.
The store’s exterior predominantly features black, white, and cool colors, creating a serene atmosphere reminiscent of outer space. This provides customers with a comfortable environment.
