J36 Rural Auction Centre Holding No. 08/362/8000 Sale Conditions Stock will be sold under the conditions of sale displayed in the market, recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England and Wales. All heifers offered for sale are not warranted as breeders unless otherwise stated. Please note that ear numbers for all cattle must be given to the Auctioneers on the respective entry forms supplied. All un-entered cattle and those missing their turn in the ballot will be offered for sale at the end of the catalogued entries. All sucklers must be declared at the time of sale No lots can leave the market without a ‘pass out slip’ being issued by the main office Purchasers have two working days from time of sale to satisfy themselves that all documentation received is correct and any discrepancies must be notified to the Auctioneers within that time limit.
TB Status Notification If you are a 1 year TB test holding, please ensure your cattle have been tested within the 60 days prior to sale date. Please bring a copy of your current TB Test Certificate with your passports and indicate on the blue entry form how many days remain on your current test. The information given is for guidance purposes only. Vendors: please ensure all cattle have two Ministry approved ear tags.
Health & Safety It is reminded to all customers that livestock should not be unloaded without the assistance of a member of staff. Please inform a member of staff before unloading if your livestock could be dangerous so they can prepare and inform other members of staff who will have to handle them.

VENDORS PLEASE NOTE DROP & GO POLICY At North West Auc ons we con nue to recommend a drop and go policy when you are marke ng your stock. If you do wish to view your stock being sold we ask that you respect the rules we have put in place, to not only protect our staff but yourselves as customers of the markets. Should at any me we feel that these rules are not working, NWA will revert back to drop and go only. Vendors, once you have unloaded your stock you must not access the Livestock penning areas or approach buyers and staff. Sale instruc on sheets should be completed with any reserves, selling or luck instruc ons. Please note that cash will not be available for vendors from the office. You must access the site through the main doors and register your a&endance. We ask that you do not come on to the site if you are feeling unwell, are pregnant or under the age of 16. While your stock is being sold, vendors (only one person per consignment) can watch from the designated viewing areas in the sale rings. We request that once your stock has been sold you leave the premises, statements can be collected from the office or recep on.
